No stars, that one has to be entered, no notices, parked there for years with no charges then wham a fine! No more maccy ds or any other shopping will use out of town in the future

Parked here many years never received a fine. Apparently the 2 hours we parked the fee was 80 pence. £100 FINE is Disgraceful The centre has a McDonald's Dentist Bank Home bargains ! Other businesses. Barely time for most to queue for food eat & shop.

Unfortunately I'm the same as everyone else, just received my fine im not from Hull so I didn't realise that that car park has been taken over by ecp. I have been to that car park before and not had a ticket, so I'm presume its been taken over recently. Someone needs to get in touch with their local councillors for that area, seems an awful lot of money to be charged especially when money is tight .

Received a fine October 2021, appealed it twice and didn't hear back from POPLA so assumed I'd won the appeal. Now received a £170 fine from debt collectors 6 months later. Avoid the car park!

As a working electrician i Stopped here late on an evening, on overtime, to complete compliance paperwork while using the onsite facilities (mcdonalds). I didn't even get out of the van, was almost hit multiple times by Boy racers using the car park as a race course, and now my company has been landed with a £60 fine that there now threatening to take from my wages! No clear signs displayed whatsoever. I am refusing to pay this ridiculous fine and in the meantime i have informed all of my colleagues to never use the shops there because of this rip off parking company. I'm not a mind reader, i can not read signs that are not there or clear, and your only hurting the businesses situated here. I will be making formal complaints to "all" businesses on this site to let them know how this treatment of their customers will affect their business. See you in court!

I parked here 3 times over 2 weeks. Never paid as was told it was free. NO PARKING METERS OR CLEAR SIGNS IN PLACE to inform customers. Yet got fine once out of 3. Way that up. Just a load of robbers and make rules up to suit. Yet Internet says 3 hours FREE parking.

Always been free to park and no clear signs and now been fined £100 .anyone who as been fined dont pay as they is not clear signs for payment and by law it as to clearly state its payed parking when clearly they is no signs to see . Have used this carpark since it opened more than 15 years ago, my daughter goes regularly, we spent money at Mac Donald's and Home bargains, and now as we met there in different cars, due to living opposite areas to each other, we both have received a £60 fine each!! Neither of us saw the sign to say this had changed, livid is an understatement!! as one person said, if she had known she would have paid the £1.50!! Annoyed that it had changed, but wouldn't have been petty enough not to pay and risk a £60 fine. Home bargains the Dentist and Mac Donald's should all get together to sort this, it stinks!!

Displaying a blue badge a guy walking from vehicle with a walking stick yet a £100 parking ticket with a blue badge in windscreen! It’s £0.80p per hour & receive a parking ticket through post!! For the value of £100 now tell me how that is a justified or allowed.... it is absolutely disgusting ring them unable to answer call & still they put the fear of living god up old disabled people & can’t even have the decency to answer the phone to stop fear!! I am working away from home in a pandemic and now depend on take aways for my evening meal. I have just received a £60 fine for parking whilst I digested my McDonalds meal after work. McDonalds don’t have a car park and I guess that it is illegal to consume food whilst driving. I think the only way to bring these parasites into line is to boycott their shops. just received a parking fine for £60 for the 24/10/20 received letter today 17/11/20 was printed out on the 6/11/20 so this hasn't given us 14 days notice what a joke , thought this was a free car park facility

I'm being generous giving it 1 star. Changed free parking time from 2 hours to 90 mins, I have received a fine for staying 1hr 45 mins, I was in the line of drive through traffic for 20 mins, before I could get into a space, then had to que for 2 shops, it's a joke. I will never go there again, mcdonalds should be able to do something as it's due to their drive through que that you can't get in, or out. The shops on this retail park are going to suffer.

only carp park outside of the city centre that charges for parking, shocking, I parked there as it's always been free, I parked in a disabled bay and used my Blue Badge, now have a £60 fine for a fee that would have been £1.50, laughable to think I would try to avoid the tiny fee, it's juat a rip off money making scheme , avoid kingston shopping centre, don't shop in any of the stores, let the greed pay off for them. lets get a better company to open decent shops there, do what you can to get this place shut down.

Just received a debt recovery notice for this car park of £170 stating that I had not paid a fine. I have never received a letter previously even informing me that I had a fine in the first place. As far as I was concerned this was a free car park. I was totally unaware that I even had to pay for additional time. This particular trip I had to queue for a considerable time before I and a family member could even be seated in the Mcdonalds. It never crossed my mind that I may have overstayed the minimum free time. I'm absolutely disgusted and will never park here again or use any of the shops.

Unreasonable charges for a short stay car park. It's always busy because of McDonalds drive in. No wonder people do shop in Hull anymore when their are companies like this ripping people off!!
